What are the check-in/check-out times?

Our standard check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 11:00am.
Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request subject to room availability and additional charges.

We would be happy to assist you to celebrate anniversaries with anniversay cakes, flowers, etc.

We have humidifiers, hair dryers, electric fans, wheelchairs, clothes irons, and ironing boards available.
Please ask at the reception when requesting any of the items.

Do you offer yukata and amenities for kids?

Yes, we have yukata for our younger guests in different sizes: large, medium, or small.
Please contact the reception if the size does not fit, and our staff member will prepare another size to meet your request.
Toothbrushes and slippers for children are also available.

Do you have internet access?

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel, from the lobby lounge to each guest room.
Feel free to get access to the internet on your smartphone, tablet, and other devices.

Do you offer options for guests with food allergies?

Yes, please see below for our culinary options at each restaurant for guests with food allergies:

⁃ Buffet Restaurant "Hibara Dining"
In this buffet-style restaurant, each dish is labeled with the seven major allergens: eggs, wheat, buckwheat, peanuts, cow's milk, shrimp, and crab.
However, since cooking and dishwashing are done in the same kitchen, allergens other than those labeled may be present in trace amounts.
We therefore cannot 100% guarantee that the dish does not contain any allergens other than those labeled.
Please consider it as hypoallergenic rather than non-allergenic and make your own decision whether or not to consume it.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and appreciate your understanding.
Please contact the hotel in advance when necessary to bring your own meals.

Please notify the hotel 3 days prior to your stay if you have food allergies to 7 specific ingredients and 21 items equivalent to specific ingredients as stipulated in Japan's Food Labeling Act.
We will offer alternative meals instead.
Please note that we do not respond to requests based on likes and dislikes.
However, since cooking and dishwashing are done in the same kitchen, allergens other than those labeled may be present in trace amounts.
We therefore cannot 100% guarantee that the dish does not contain any allergens other than those labeled.
Please consider it as hypoallergenic rather than non-allergenic and make your own decision whether or not to consume it.
In addition, we may not be able to accommodate customers with severe symptoms, allergies across multiple ingredients, or allergies depending on the severity of the allergy.

Do you have a kids' menu?

Yes, we offer an exclusive menu for younger guests in case you wish to have a Japanese kaiseki dinner with infants.

Onsen

Do you have an open-air bath and a large public bath?

Yes, we have an open-air bath "Hibarami no Yu" and a large public bath "Aurora no Yu" both on the 1st floor of the Main Building.
Opening hours start from 5:00am to 10:30am (last entry at 9:30am) and from 1:30pm to 1:00am (last entry at 12:00am).

What type of onsen is there at your facility?

We have one of the few "free-flowing hot spring" in Fukushima Prefecture.
It is said to be effective for neuralgia, muscle pain, joint pain, motor paralysis, GI weakness, bruises, cuts, frozen shoulders, fatigue recovery, dry skin, and autonomic instability.

Do you have a sauna?

Yes, steam saunas are available in both the men's and women's large public baths.

Do you provide hair dryers, toiletries, and other such amenities in the public baths?

Yes, we have hair dryers and other amenities such as cotton swabs available for use in the changing rooms.
When taking the public bath, please bring a bath towel and a small towel from your guest room.

Do you offer a day-trip onsen plan?

Yes, you can take your day-trip onsen from 9:00am to 10:30am (last entry at 9:30am) and from 1:30pm to 9:00pm (last entry at 8:00pm), for a fee of 1,200*yen for adults (ages 13 and over); 800*yen for children (ages between 4-12); and free of charge for infants (ages 3 and under).
*Tax included Face and bath towels are available for rent.
We may restrict entry depending on occupancy of the hotel.

Can I use the public baths before and after check-in?

Only the hotel guests may use the public baths before and after check-in.
Bath and face towels are not to be provided but can be rented for 300 yen (tax included).
Please request at the reception when using.

Do you have a parking lot?

Yes, we have a parking space with a capacity of approximately 300 cars that allows guests to park a car free of charge.
